The 6 month Program

Meet twice monthly

Two 50-minute appointments each month, for 6 months in which you will develop action-oriented goals to work towards. 

Explore Primary and Secondary Foods

Discover how to balance your relationships, career, physical activity and spirituality. When these are being regularly nourished, what you eat is secondary in your mind

Build a Vision

Guidance will be provided to help you envision what achieving your goals will look and feel like

Be held Accountable for your Goals

Be guided through any challenges that may arise and keep your intentions clear in order to reach your goals
